Funding & Finances

What are my payment and funding options?

Due to high demand, we require a AUD $500+GST ($400 USD) deposit paid within 5 business days of your acceptance to the program to confirm your spot. Final program fee payments are typically due 5 weeks after the deposit deadline and no later than 6 weeks prior to departure.

Many of our participants have successfully accessed student loans, depending on their academic status, residential status, and university’s guidelines. This means you could receive this funding prior to departure to use towards your travel costs. Please check with your university’s study abroad office to see if you are eligible.

Other students have also successfully sought scholarships or partial funding from their faculties / schools, university accelerators, or used a crowdfunding platform.
